Wal-Mart vs Juvia's Place

So while browsing in a FB makeup group, I come across a post where someone has purchased a Juvia's Place replica palette from Wal-Mart. com. The Authentic palette (pictured above) Retails anywhere from $25-$28 bucks on Juvia's Place website:
https://www.juviasplace.com/products/masquerade-palette?variant=33980538758

Now let's discuss the fact that Wal-Mart has this replica (pictured above) on their site for $9 bucks https://www.walmart.com/ip/Professional-16-Color-Makeup-Cosmetics-Eye-Shadow-Palette-Shimmer-Matte-Powder/224549554!! That's wayyy less than what the authentic cost, true indeed. Yet judging by the picture comparison, Juvia's Place has my vote!

♡♡♡♡
The pigmentation difference can be seen just by looking at these photos, so there is a chance the colors can come off ashy with using the Wal-Mart replica. I refer to this palette as a replica because they have duplicated the original brands packaging. This isn't a dupe for the Juvia's Place Masquerade Palette, so is this legal what
Wal-Mart is doing?? If they're distributing products for the company at lower price then excellent๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘, but something seems fishy about this to me Wal-Mart ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”. What do you think #3LGang? Comment your thoughts below... Are you here for it ๐Ÿ‘ or Nah ๐Ÿ‘Ž..
